The location was really the best thing about the place. The view from the deluxe room was really amazing. Decent pool and ample lounge chairs to go around. The bed was comfy.

There are quiet locations at the beach and also crowded areas near Novotel, especially near Sun Wing resort. I like walking around the neighborhood shops and the night market is a big plus as it is only a 5 min walk from my hotel. There are good restaurants around. The food served by the smaller restaurants are much cheaper and also very good but depending on the ambience you want; it is reasonable I guess to pay more for a better restaurant. Kamala is really suitable for family.

The room was just perfect for both of us. The private studio sea view. Wen were there the restaurant next to us was not operational but everything there seems to close by 10pm so there is no problem with noise and having a good night sleep. the staff there were amazing and Tiki Bar was amazing with coffee for us in the mornings, coconut water and drinks Fantastic place will surely return.. Thank you all from the front desk to the cleaners!!!

Location is perfect! Everything was just as pictured in the description. The bed was very comfortable; air conditioner was working fine; we didn’t use kitchenette. There are lots of restaurants to choose from right next to the hotel. We didn’t spend much time at the property, since we did lots of activities on the island. Therefore, for us location was the most important thing; we wanted to be right on the beach, and not to spend time walking/driving to it. It was nice to be able to go for a stroll along the beach after dinner, and in few minutes to be in your room. I also enjoyed early morning swim and jogging on the beach. Sunsets are amazing!

the location is amazing you can lay by the pool and have a view of the beach. You can easily get in the ocean and come back to lay in the sun lounger, peaceful and the vibe is older couples and families. the front desk staff was great and super helpful. we asked to extend our stay and they made it happen.
