Family of 3. The hotel is on a dead end road on a quieter side of Kata. The location and beach is “Kata Noi” away from the heavy traffic of Kata beach. You definitely need a scooter or transport to get to the livelier walking areas. It’s a bit of a walk uphill but manageable. We didn’t mind this at all since we were a family with a 9yo. and welcomed the chill vibe. We also rented scooters and zipped around. The hotel sits on a flat plain of kata noi public beach. It feels private but open to all visitors. The breakfast buffet included with your stay was delicious with a variety of different dishes. Thew fitness center could be larger with more weight lifting machines but was adequate. The hotel offers poolside Massage, mani/pedicures and bar service. They also have 3 restaurants on site. We were there over the Christmas holiday for 1.5 weeks before heading north and loved it. Would rebook!!

Enough things to do to keep my whole family busy for several days without leaving the resort including walk-out beach access that can't be beat. Breakfast included every option that a person from any culture could want. We also found the on-resort prices to be surprisingly reasonable. Resort is effectively on the end of a dead-end street so there is very little traffic or outside noise. Room was relaxing with plenty of space.

Location is super, hotel is beachfront and territory is big and clean with lots of pools. Rooms are clean, staff is super polite. Breakfasts are very varied and delicious. It was our second stay in this hotel and we will come back just in this hotel in Phuket.

The hotel is not on the "main beach" (Patong) but is in a lovely area where there are also restaurants, shops, massages, etc., we took a taxi to where we needed to go. Our room was a junior suite so the room was bigger than usual, spacious bathroom and the room was right in front of the sea. The view was amazing. The hotel is very beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast is varied and fresh, we were only in the part of the hotel that is close to the sea and the pools were very nice, walking distance of a few steps from the stunning beach. There is a nice little gym and a room with games like billiard table and table tennis. The hotel staff was very nice.

It’s a nice resort but people should know that there are 2 lobbies, the first lobby resort is new and nice but lobby 2 not.. we had to stay the first 2 nights at lobby 2 which rooms were old and toilet is opened to the room, then our last 3 days we moved to lobby 1 which was amazing..
