It's down an authentic little back street with so much to do on the doorstep and only a 10 min walk into the old town I've stayed here 3 times over the last few years and they even made me a birthday cake and bought it to my room 😁

Absolutely great location, clean and spacious rooms. The staff is just wonderful, super kind and helpful!!! We arrived early in the morning by bus, our room was not ready for check in, but they allowed us to use shower, bathroom, and offered some free tea/coffee. That’s so appreciated after a long night bus ride.

For the cost this place is such a steal! You're located about a 10 minute walk away from the old town which allows you to visit all the attractions without feeling surrounded by tourists, there are free bicycles to use if you want to explore a bit futher outside of the main town and the staff are so friendly and will help you book any tours or transport you need! The room was also really nice and clean. Overwall, I would definitely recommend sataying here if you're in Hoi An!

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious and clean enough, and there's a desk to use one's laptop. The aircon works well. They provide toiletries and drinking water. The wifi was okay. The hotel is less than 15 minutes walking from the old town, but the road is unpleasant due to the traffic. There's an old Hoianese house to visit just 100 meters away from the hotel. There's a cafe/bakery for breakfast just 200 meters on the right. The small street in front of the hotel is not noisy so it won't disturb your sleep. The price is very reasonable.

Room was huge, as was the bathroom. Shower was separate so kept the rest of the room dry. Bed was comfy. Air con and wifi worked perfectly. The staff were really sweet and helpful. Location was fantastic. Towels and water replaced every day
