The hotel is located within minutes of walking to the conservation area where main attractions and places of interest are. The hotel is clean and well-run. The staff speaks relatively good English and is professional and helpful. The breakfast is alright, although it could have been more varied. The hotel is situated between two main roads. Ask for a room somewhere in the middle and it would be quiet, as it was in our case (room 3). I'll recommend this hotel for a stay in Hoian.
