During my recent trip to Chiang Mai, we stayed in Moose Hotel Nimman for four nights. Since we were traveling with family members, including kids, we were looking for family-friendly accommodation in a good location for exploring the area.
The newly built Moose Hotel Nimman met all of our requirements. We were thrilled to find the perfect hotel with all the basic luxuries provided, at a reasonable price. It had a fantastic family room which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Moose Hotel Nimman
Moose Hotel Nimman is one of the popular 4-star accomodations in Chiang Mai. It is conveniently situated in the Nimmanhemin part of Chiang Mai. The strategic location puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options.

Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the hotel’s modern and clean appearance. The lobby was inviting, and I appreciated the complimentary snacks available for guests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable receptionist.
The excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff earned them a good Moose Hotel Nimman review from me. Throughout my stay, the staff members were always friendly and willing to assist me with any inquiries or requests I had. They also provided helpful information about nearby dining options and attractions.
The Rooms
We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with two connecting bedrooms.
The first room was a triple room with one king bed and one single bed. The room was spacious with plenty of surface space for our luggage and belongings. It had a modern and comfortable design.
While the second room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, impeccably clean and featured a remarkably comfortable king-sized bed and a bunk bed. It was bigger than we expected.
We truly appreciated the spacious area for the bunk bed. The kids loved the bunk bed, the slides, lovely dolls, and the galaxy lighting. Additionally, each room had an air purifier, which added extra comfort.
The large TV offered a variety of shows, and although the Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest, it was stable and reliable.
The only issue is that the room is not soundproof. Sometimes, you can hear noise from the lobby and from adjacent rooms. However, this is a minor concern.
Facilities
The only downside of the Moose Hotel Nimman is that there is no swimming pool available. However, some of the rooms come with a jacuzzi which can enhance your experience. If you are considering booking a room, it might be worth considering the ones with a jacuzzi.
Additionally, there is a small play area on the rooftop that is suitable for kids. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar.
Secret Tips: There are three cute baby goats just outside the car park.
Breakfast and Complimentary Snack
We had a pleasant breakfast experience at the Moose Hotel Nimman. The breakfast options were extensive and included both Western and Asian cuisine to cater to everyone’s tastes. We particularly enjoyed the high quality of Thai and Northern Thai dishes.
The only downside was that the breakfast menu was the same for the four consecutive days of our stay. However, this is not a major issue as we usually had a simple breakfast with some fruits before heading out to a nearby café for coffee.
Additionally, complimentary snacks are available in the hotel lobby daily from 2 pm. We tried delicious local North Thai snacks and it was tasty!
There are also free drinks for guests but cannot take out.
Excellent Location
The Moose Hotel Nimman is located in an excellent area, right across from One Nimman and near with Maya Mall. Besides, the hotel is surrounded by many charming cafes and fantastic dining options.
It’s within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, shops, cafes, conveniece stores, and the weekend white market. Finding food and other necessities is easy. Everything you want is within walking distance. Plus, you can easily travel anywhere by using Grab.
If you are driving in Chiang Mai, on-site parking is available at Moose Hotel Nimman. It is a must in this area because finding parking can be difficult.

All in all, we truly enjoyed staying at Moose Hotel Nimman in Chiang Mai. We booked the two-bedroom suite and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. It was truly a great option for family travelers with kids.
Our stay at Moose Hotel Nimman was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to others. The comfortable bed was a standout feature, and the hotel’s cleanliness, helpful staff, and great location added to the overall positive experience.
